To others he’s T.I.P., the grand hustler, rubber band man, urban legend…and convicted felon. Since getting hemmed on multiple guns charges, Clifford Harris Jr. negotiated a plea bargain, which requires community service, talking to kids about the dangers of making the same mistakes he’s made.
