Three police officers killed one man, Sean Bell, and wounded two others, Joseph Guzman and Trent Benefield. From the night of this social atrocity to the not guilty verdict, emotions have been fierce. Sadness. Anger. Frustration. Disgust. Fear.

While the politicians give speeches that do little but promote “middle of the road statements,” or, political rhetoric, straddling the political fence as to whether or not the verdict was right or wrong. It was wrong. The people have spoken.
Download the voices and speeches of the public discontent following the verdict. In the words of a protester speaking for Sean Bell: “It’s not about what you do today, but what you do tomorrow.”
TROUBL Media does not promote violence. We promote knowledge. The cover artwork embodies the sentiment of the community as does the sound byte at the end of “No Justice, No Peace,” which is included because it is reflective of the frustration many people have expressed with the police department’s conduct, and the state of the justice system in the United States.
A big shout out to RBT & Alwayswrite, who gathered much of the audio used in the mashups. This is truly a TROUBL team effort.
